Edward Rosslyn Mitchell (16 May 1879 – 31 October 1965)[1] was a Labour Party politician in Scotland. He was the Member of Parliament (MP) for Paisley.
He was elected in 1924, beating former Prime Minister Herbert Henry Asquith, but stood down in 1929.
He may be the same person who stood in Buteshire in December 1910.
